Dave Davison has spent over 40 years as an entrepreneurial executive, in the founding and development of successful information and image technology enterprises. He has special experience in the development of strategic alliances, venture capital financing, and in managing the inter-organizational relationships of joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions.

Dave has served as founding CEO of DataCopy Inc., Zytron Corp., Zytron Data Systems, and Iconix, and as president of the Zytron Division of D+B Corp. after its acquisition by D+B. Following his entrepreneurial career, he became a venture partner in MK Global Ventures, focusing on New Media opportunities. On retirement, Dave continued his investing activities as a member of the Silicon Valley Band of Angels and the Investors' Circle. He is an advisor to ManyOne Networks and its affiliated Digital Universe Fund.

Dave also has been active for over a decade in the development and executive management of nonprofit, community-based organizations and projects devoted to health and wellness, and in the development of a system for venture philanthropy.

Recently Dave has focused his time and energy seeking ways to join with others in leaving the legacy of a sustainable world to his four children and 12 grandchildren and their generational cohorts around the world.

Dave holds an AB in Political Science from Stanford University. He and Ginny, his wife of 53 years, enjoy adventure travel with their extended family and. active participation in golf, tennis, and skiing. They live in Portola Valley, California.
