Dec. 6, 2007 Coors Brewing Company has announced plans to reduce total greenhouse gas emissions by 12%, regardless of any increases in production levels. The company aims to reach its target by 2010.

Coors committed to the emissions reduction goal as part of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Climate Leaders program, an industry-government partnership that works with companies to develop comprehensive climate change strategies.
