Registration Options and Discounts

Sustainable Brands ‘08 Discounts
Early Registration: Register before April 7, 2008 and receive $300 off the price of the full VIP package, and as much as 15% off other registration options.

Alumni Discounts
If you were a paid attendee at Sustainable Brands ‘07, you are eligible for a 15% alumni discount. Please email us for verification and your special discount code.

Company Team Discounts
Register 3 people from one company, and receive a 4th registration FREE. Please use sb08team in discount field.  You must provide proof of status of employment (copy of business card or same domain email address) for each attendee.

Other Discounts
Promote SB’08 to your professional organization’s membership and receive $100 for each registered attendee. Plus, we’ll extend a registration discount of $150 to your membership. Email Cynthia Blair for more information and your special registration code.

VIP Pass
Conference Plus Workshops
$2,295/ Early registration $1,995 / Late Registration & On-site $2,395   
The VIP Pass gives you access to all conference sessions, workshops, and networking events at Sustainable Brands '08. Attend the pre-conference workshops, two days of formal programming, the half day "un-conference" on the final day, and have unlimited access to the Sustainable Solutions Showcase and all nightly networking, including the opening night plenary and Gala on June 4th. This pass extends from June 2nd through June 5th.

Conference Only
$1,795 / Early registration $1,595 / After May 20th & On-site $1,895   
This pass gets you in to the full program of speakers, but does not include the pre-conference workshops. You'll have access to the 2 1/2 days of formal programming as well as the "un-conference" sessions throughout the conference. You can also explore the Sustainable Solutions Showcase and enjoy all evening activities, including the opening night plenary and Gala on June 4th. This pass extends from June 3rd through June 5th.

Workshops Day Only
$595 / Early registration $495 / After May 20th & On-site $650   
With this one day pass you can attend the pre-conference workshops only. Select the morning session, or the afternoon session, or both! Also included is attendance to the opening night plenary. This pass is good for the June 2nd only.

Single Day Pass
$795 / Early registration $895 / After May 20th & On-site $950   
Select the Single Day Pass if you can’t spend the four days out of the office and want to network with your peers and industry thought-leaders. You can choose which day works best for you, and also have access to the Sustainable Solutions Showcase and either the opening night plenary or the Gala on June 4th. This pass can be used on June 3rd or June 4th.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy
If you must cancel for any reason you must notify us in writing by May 14th, 2008, for a refund less a $100 processing fee. Cancellations received after May 14th, 2008 are non-refundable. You may transfer your registration to another person by providing authorization to us by May 14th, 2008.
