March 19, 2010 – The aluminum giant Alcoa has developed a new type of solar reflector technology which could dramatically lower the cost of building solar thermal plants. March 18, 2010 – The Vancouver Based GLOBE foundation of Canada released research yesterday assessing the economic impacts of transitioning British Columbia toward a low-carbon economy.
